Membership Application & Renewal

Eight quilts for the Vets were turned in this month. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun and make Vets quilts the first Tuesday of every month from 8am to about 2pm at the VA Hospital. Please note that they will meet as usual in November but will be dark in December.

Show and Share once again showed the talent that exists among the membership.  The quilts were amazing. Please consider bringing in some of your finished quilts to share. If you are only seeing the quilts on the website, please consider attending the meetings in person.  The quilts are even more spectacular up close and hear the stories that go with them.

Our October meeting was a chance to show appreciation for the contributions of members nominated by their peers for their service to the guild.  Thank you to all the members who were recognized and for their peers who recognized the importance of their contributions to making the guild run.  In addition, Mary Peterson and Rick Cincis were awarded the Silver Thimble award for going above and beyond in service to the guild.  Congratulations to both of you.

Halloween came early.  Members were encouraged to bring their Halloween quilts to decorate the hall.  It was a great way to get into the spirit of the season.
